The Coronation of Mary

Introduction

Welcome to my page dedicated to The Coronation of Mary, a celebration of our Blessed Mother's eternal queenship.

This is so beautiful how Jesus calls His mother and how we get to witness a testament to her unwavering love, faith, and humility.

Through reflections, prayers, and devotion, I invite you to deepen your connection with Mary and rejoice in her role as our guiding star and advocate.

May this space inspire you to embrace her grace and follow her example of complete trust in God's plan. All are welcome to join in this tribute to our heavenly Queen!

The Coronation of Mary

Mary Pilgrimage 52

The Dawn of Majesty
“Who is this arising like the dawn, fair as the moon, resplendent as the sun?” Jesus calls to His mother, Mary, inviting her into the glory prepared for her. She is radiant, her beauty reflecting the love and perfection of the Creator. Like a rainbow gleaming against brilliant clouds and blossoms blooming in spring, her splendor is unmatched.

The Rose of Sharon
“Come, my beloved, for you are the rose of Sharon, the lily of the valleys.” Jesus tenderly speaks to His mother, recognizing her purity and grace. Her life on earth was a garden of virtue, and now she is called to the eternal garden of heaven to be crowned Queen of all creation.

Her Eternal Throne
“My throne is in a pillar of cloud, and for eternity I shall remain,” Jesus declares. He now places His mother on a throne beside Him, crowning her as the Queen of Heaven and Earth. Her eternal majesty is a sign of God's promise and her steadfast faithfulness.

The Heavenly Banquet
“Approach me, you who desire me, and take your fill of my fruits,” Mary says to those who follow her example. Jesus crowns her as the source of abundant grace, her life a vine putting out graceful shoots. The sweetness of her presence in heaven flows down to all who seek her intercession.

Wisdom's Coronation
“And now, my children, listen to me,” Mary calls, echoing the wisdom of her Son. “Happy are those who keep my ways, who day after day watch at my gates.” Jesus entrusts her with the mission to guide and instruct those who walk the path of holiness.

Life and Favor
“For those who find me find life, and win favor from the Lord,” Mary reassures. Through her intercession, she leads souls closer to her Son, the source of all life. Her coronation is a testament to the life and favor she found in God’s eyes.

Hail, Our Queen
“Hail, Queen of mercy, protect us from the enemy, and receive us at the hour of death.” As Mary is crowned Queen, Jesus grants her the role of protector and advocate for humanity. Her coronation is not just an honor but a mission to bring grace and hope to the world.

Pilgrimage of the Heart

It has been almost a year since my trip to Fatima, Portugal. I can still see myself standing in the area in front of Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary listening to our guide tell us the story of the three shepherd children.

Here, where Mary appeared to three shepherd children in 1917, her love and maternal care felt incredibly present. It was as if her coronation as Queen of Heaven extended beyond celestial realms, manifesting in the quiet whispers of the prayers around me and the radiant devotion of pilgrims gathered under her mantle.

Though I’ve yet to visit Our Lady of Guadalupe, the stories of her appearance to Juan Diego in Mexico resonate deeply. Her image, miraculously imprinted on his tilma, has touched the hearts of millions, just as her call for trust in God continues to echo today.

Each Marian apparition, from Fatima to Guadalupe and beyond, carries a unique message, united by Mary’s enduring love for humanity.

Experiencing these divine moments, whether in person or in spirit, draws us closer to her, the crowned Queen who gently leads us to her Son, Jesus Christ. Mary’s coronation as Queen of Heaven reminds us that her grace and intercession are everlasting, as is the hope she instills in our hearts.

Ave Maria

Mary Pilgrimage 32

The bells of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary in Fatima, Portugal, are known for playing the “Ave Maria,” creating a serene and reverent atmosphere for pilgrims and visitors.

The melody resonates across the shrine grounds, offering a moment of peace and reflection as it honors Mary.

It’s truly a heartfelt tribute to our Blessed Mother and a lovely reminder of her presence. Did hearing those bells leave a special impression on you during your visit?
